Stuffed Paan Laddu

#cookpaddessert Laddu is my daughter's favourite, paan was my father's favorite, so I've tried to make this dessert with the combination of the favorite stuffs of my favorite persons. Learnt this recipe from various sources & have tried to give it a slight twist of mine. Hope you all will like it.

Chop the betel leaves, put in a blender jar, add condensed milk, food colour & blend finely

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan, add grated coconut & stir, when it turns light brown remove the pan from heat sauce.

Heat the rest of the ghee in the pan, add the blended paan mixture & stir continuously. Then add powdered milk in it & again stir. When it thickens add this mixture in the roasted grated coconut & add cardamom powder, stir continuously.

When this mixture gets separated from the pan surface remove it from heat sauce & cover it so that it stays warm

Then heat 1 tbsp ghee in another pan, add the chopped roast petals & the nuts, roast for about 3-4 minutes & add 1 tbsp condensed milk & stir. When it turns sticky remove it from heat sauce

Apply ghee in your palms take some paan mixture & add 1 tsp rose & nut stuffing in it & shape them as small balls/ Laddus’. And your delicious Stuffed Paan Laddu is ready to serve! Decorate it as per your wish with nuts & rose petals.
