Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBrown Chickpea/ Bengal Gram
  2. 1Cucumber (Small)
  3. 1Tomato (Small)
  4. 1Onion (Small)
  5. 1Boiled Potato (Small)
  6. 1 tbspTamarind Water or Lemon Juice
  7. 1 tspBlack Pepper
  8. as per tasteBlack Salt

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add a cup full of pre-soaked (overnight) & boiled chickpea. Add little salt at the time of boiling.

    Chopped all the veggies & boiled potato (optional) and put it in the bowl followed by the black pepper, salt and tamarind water or lemon juice.

  3. 3

    Lastly give it a good mix and serve a healthy bowl of salad.
