Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cream butter, sugar, eggs & extracts until fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients, one at a time, mixing slowly. (Walnuts should be the final ingredient added to the mixture.)

Use a cookie scooper & drop even scoops onto silicone baking mat on a cookie sheet. Gently press the scooped balls so the cookies bake evenly. Bake for 10 minutes in gas oven. Other ovens temp & cook time may vary. Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then on wire rack.
