#HAPPYBIRTHDAYCOOKPAD It's Quarantine days. My daughter is free from schools. Wakes up late in the morning ask me to make Pan Cake. Just few days back she went to my mother's home (her nano) and her mama ( her Mamoo) cook Pan Cake for her on her demand jisko mere beti ne cook krtay hue dekha aur method capture krlia. Now that morning she said mamma mein bnaungi Pan Cake mujhe ata hai mama ko dekha tha Maine bohat easy hai aj mein apko bana ke khilaungi and she tried mix every thing and followed all steps.... Of course I helped her. P.S she is 5 years old 😊💖

2Eggs
5 tbspflour (maida)
5 tbspsugar
halfcup milk
Desi ghee for frying
Topping:
Butter
Orange marmalade
Cheese
Chocolate spread

Steps

First beat eggs and add sugar in it. Beat Beat Beat.

Now add milk and flour in it. And mix well.

Now heat the non stick pan. Take a small spoon full of ghee pour on the pan. Now pour the batter with a large spoon and move the pan to spread the batter covering the pan.

Let it cook completely then turn it. Cook it.

As my daughter loves butter so I topped one with butter. The other one with Orange marmalade. U can use it favt topping. Serve hot with tea or coffee.
