Soak and then boil chana. Put chana in a big bowl, add corn flour and toss it till all chana are evenly covered with flour. Deep fry in oil till it's crisp.

Take pan, heat oil, put onions, garlic and chillies and fry it nice. Add capsicum and spring onions. Fry it nice.

Side by side take some vinegar, soy sauce, schezwan and honey in a bowl and mix it.

Add sauce to the veggies. When it starts to thicken add water and salt. let it cook for some time.

Add crispy chana to sauce and mix it well.

Serve.
