Take a utensil heat up oil add mustard seeds and cumin seeds crackle them.

Now add finely chopped onion and potato to it, add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder to it. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Then add water to it, let it boil then add pieces of chapatis in the boiling water. Cook chapati until it soak water properly and become soft. Switch off the flame.

Sindhi sel fulke is ready to serve.. Garnish with some coriander leaves.
