Steps

Place the flour and all other ingredients in a bowl. Make a well and mix with warm water.. Add 1tbs cooking fat and continue mixing dough.

Mix the dough till soft. Allow to rest for 1/2 hour

Roll out the dough, apply a thin layer of oil fold into balls and allow it to rest for an hour
- 4
Heat a pan, fry out each ball applying oil after drying each side. Serve with tea and enjoy!

Chef s tip:good chapati are soft and well browned. Makes at least ten
