Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupchole
  • 1small potato
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 4-5garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cupcurd
  • 1/2 tspchilli paste
  • 2 tbspeanut oil
  • As per taste salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak chole for overnight or 5-6 hours. Add turmeric powder, salt and small potato, pressure cook for 5 whistle and cool completely.

    In mixer jar add boiled chole, potato & remaining ingredients and churn to smooth paste.
