Peas Mushroom Curry

First soak, sesame seeds and khus khus with milk for 10-15min. Then grind them together and make a paste

Now grind onion and tomato together. In a pan add oil and butter as it heats add onion tomato cook it for 5min or till it separates oil.

As oil gets separate add all dry masala and ginger garlic paste and cook it for another 5min. Then add the above milk paste. Cook them for atleast 5-10min.

The gravy will turn up the colour it will become thick then add peas mushroom and add water to adjust the constiency.

Add panner masala, mix all and cook it for 10-15min on slow flame. After 10min if required more water add it and cook for 5min then turn off the gas. In a serving bowl add sabzi garnish it with corriender leaves, onion and lemon slice. Serve hot with roti or rice.
