Prepare the first layer: Place all the ingredients in a saucepan. Mix well and cook over medium heat, stirring until the mixture thickens. At the end, add the orange blossom water and vanilla extract, mix, then pour into serving glasses. Let cool in the refrigerator.

For the second layer: Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and mix. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the mixture thickens. Add the dark chocolate pieces at the end and stir until melted. Pour over the first layer.

For the third layer: Place the orange juice in a saucepan (I used store-bought juice), add all the ingredients, and mix. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Pour over the second layer after it has completely cooled.

Let chill in the refrigerator until fully set. Garnish and serve.
