Ingredients

  1. First layer ingredients:
  2. 2 cupsmilk (about 480 ml)
  3. 2 tablespoonsflour (about 16 grams)
  4. 2 tablespoonssugar (about 25 grams)
  5. 1 tablespoonorange blossom water (about 15 ml)
  6. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract (about 5 ml)
  7. Second layer ingredients:
  8. 2 cupsmilk (about 480 ml)
  9. 2 tablespoonssugar (about 25 grams)
  10. 1 tablespooncocoa powder (about 7 grams)
  11. 2 tablespoonsflour (about 16 grams)
  12. 4 piecesdark chocolate
  13. Third layer ingredients:
  14. 1 cuporange juice (about 240 ml)
  15. 1 tablespooncornstarch (about 8 grams)
  16. 1 tablespoonsugar (about 13 grams)

Steps

    Prepare the first layer: Place all the ingredients in a saucepan. Mix well and cook over medium heat, stirring until the mixture thickens. At the end, add the orange blossom water and vanilla extract, mix, then pour into serving glasses. Let cool in the refrigerator.

    For the second layer: Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and mix. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the mixture thickens. Add the dark chocolate pieces at the end and stir until melted. Pour over the first layer.

    For the third layer: Place the orange juice in a saucepan (I used store-bought juice), add all the ingredients, and mix. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Pour over the second layer after it has completely cooled.

    Let chill in the refrigerator until fully set. Garnish and serve.
