For pizza dough. In a large mixing bowl add all purpose flour, wheat flour, curd, oil, baking soda, baking powder, salt and mix everything well.

Add water as required and make soft dough.. very soft but not sticky. Cover and set this about an 2 hours

Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onion, capsicum, tomato, pineapple sliced, salt to taste and oregano and chilli flaxes. Toss the vegetables and keep it aside in a refrigerator.

For sauce. In the same pan heat the oil and add. Garlic, onion saute until onion are trasperant.

Add fresh tomato pure, sugar, salt, oregano, chilli flaxes.. mix it well and remove most of water from it and keep it aside.

For making pizza. Dived dough in to 2 parts. Dust the rolling board lightly and roll it slightly thicker then chapati.and prick it with the fork all around the dough.

Now heat a flat pan and place the rolled dough on it and cook one sight properly on a low flame.

Turn it on other side cooking it on low flame and start by spreading pizza sauce. And mozerella or pizza cheese.spread the tossed veggies and sprinkel some cheese to hold the veggie. And cover it cook until the cheese Begins to melt. Now add Olive oil all around the pizza and served hot
