Hubby’s Chinese fried rice Hubby’s Chinese fried rice
What inspired me to come up with this method of Chinese rice was the fact that I keep seeing Chinese rice served the usual way which is mostly white in color,no tumeric or curry is usually added to it.So I tried my own method by giving it a twist which is adding tumeric to it so that I will see how it turns out to be,it actually came out yummy and delicious which made hubby to make it his favorite and since then we don’t eat Chinese rice outside but our own method at home. #Ashlab# s and h kitchen -

Ankake Fried Rice Ankake Fried Rice
I wanted to make a rice dish that could be made easily but looked attractive, so I thought of this.I used chicken meat, but you can use pork, ham, bacon, and basically whatever's in your refrigerator. This depends on the rice cooker, but I think this method gives the rice a nice, crisp finish!
