  • 1 cupgehun ka aata
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 3/4 cupSugar
  • 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  • 5-6 pcsAlmonds
  • as requiredNuts to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Take ghee in kadhai

  2. 2

    Put aata and roast till golden brown in colour.

    Add 1 glass of water.

    Put sugar and cardamom powder.

    Mix well. Stir till water absorbs.

    Cook till ghee saperates.

    Transfer in serving dish and garnish with almonds and nuts.
