Tofu Quino Black Sesame Patties

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcooked Quinoa
  2. 1 packFirm Tofu
  3. 1 cupBaby Bok Choy
  4. 1/4 cupRoast Black Sesame
  5. 1 cupShedded Carrots
  6. 2 tbspcorn starch
  7. 1 tbspSoy Sauce
  8. 1/2 tspSalt
  9. 1/2 tspPepper

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and chop Baby Bok Choy into small pieces and set aside

  2. 2

    Put the firm tofu into a big bowl

  3. 3

    Add Soy Sauce, Salt, Pepper and corn starch

  4. 4

    Add Quinoa into the bowl and knead them inside the bowl

  5. 5

    Add Baby Bok Choy and shedded carrots

  6. 6

    Add Roasted Black Sesame and mixed them well

  7. 7

    Shape it into small Patty and have the frying pan ready

  8. 8

    Pan fry 3 minutes on each side

  9. 9

    Done and ready to serve
