  3. 1 tbspGreen salt
  4. 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  5. 1/4 tspGaram masala powder
  6. 1/2 tspCumin powder
  7. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 2 tbspChaat masala
  9. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  10. 1/4 cupWater
  11. Potatoes 4 large size
  12. 3 tbspTomato sauce

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl then add maida, cornflour, green salt (1/2 tsp), black pepper powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, chaat masala (1/2 tsp), turmeric powder & water

    Mix it well. Slury is ready

    Take potatoes, wash it properly. Peel them.

    Take a stick of potato spiral machine. Then fit the potato into the stick.

    Then place the potato properly into the machine.

    Give it spiral shape by the help of the machine.

    Then apply the slury on the potato spiral

    Heat oil in a kadai and add spiral potatoes.

    Fry till golden brown. Then remove them from oil and placed it on a tissue paper.

    Before serving sprinkle chaat masala & green salt on both sides of the potato spiral.

    Garnish with tomato sauce on the top of the potato spiral.
