Potato & Green peas ki Sabji

Heat a pan and add 1 tsp oil. Add onion & chilli fry 2 min on medium flame.

Now add tomato and salt and mix well. Now add ½ cup water and cover and cook 5 min on low flame.

After 5 min cool completely and grind to paste.

Take a bowl and add dhaniya powder,haldi,red chilli & garam masala. Now add 4 tbsp water and make paste.

Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil. Now add potato and mix well.cover and cook till soft.

Now add frozen peas and fry only 2 min.

Heat a pan and add oil. Now add garam masale and jeera & fry few second.

Cover and cook 7 to 8 min on low flame. Now add kasuri methi and mix well

Now add potato and green peas and cover and cook 3 min.

Now add 2 tbsp fresh malai and mix well.
