Ingredients

  1. 2big potatoes sliced in thin strip
  2. 1medium sized onion
  3. 250 gred lentils
  4. 250 gyellow lentils
  5. 3green chillies chopped
  6. 200 mloil
  7. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  8. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tbsppepper powder
  10. 1/2 tbspcumin powder
  11. 25 gcoriander leaves
  12. As neededsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the lentils in water for half an hour...then grind them in a grinder and make a thick paste...and take it out in a bowl..

  2. 2

    Then mix all the ingredients well...and keep it aside for 1 min

    Now heat oil in a kadhai..either using your hands or using a round shaped spoon...

    When it becomes crispy and golden brown take it out

    Serve hot with green coriander chutney or tomato sauce...
