Soak the semolina and saffron in milk for 1 hour.

Boil the milk for sometime. In the meantime add cashew nuts and almonds in it.

Add soaked semolina in it and stir it continuously.

Then add salt, sugar and condensed milk in it.

Allow it to boil for sometime and then add the cardamom powder in it. Now your Kashmiri phirni is ready. Then switch off the flame.

Serve it in chilled condition by garnishing with some chopped pistachios and saffron strands on it.
