Firstly blend the curd and transfer it into A bowl. Take sour curd preferably.

Now add the gram flour and whisk it thoroughly to prepare A smooth batter without lumps and keep aside. Add some turmeric powder.

Now take A deep thick bottomed vessel heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ginger paste, dry red chilli, bay leaf cloves and black.pepper one by one. Then add the curd and gram floor mix and cook it in on low flame. Keep stirring continuously.

After 2-3 minutes add 2-3 glasses of water and salt as per taste mix well and let it a come to A boil.

After 2 minutes let it simmer on low flame for 2-3 minutes and it's ready. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with simple khichdi or rice.
