Ingredients

15 minutes
2 Servings
  • 1 cupsoaked sabudana
  • 1medium potato finely chopped
  • 2 spoonscrushed peanut
  • 2green chilli
  • 1/2 tspJeera
  • as per tasteSindha salt
  • as requiredFresh chopped coriander
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1Lemon juice
  • as requiredOil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan and add oil to it.when oil getting heat then add Jeera,and chopped Chilli then add chopped potatoes.

  2. 2

    Now add turmeric then mix well and cover lid to cook for some time.

  3. 3

    When potatoes get soft then add crushed Peanuts then add salt and give it a nice mix.

  4. 4

    Now add soaked sabudana then mix well.

  5. 5

    Now add lemon juice and chopped coriander to it.mix it and cover lid for a while.

  6. 6

    Now take out in a bowl and serve sabudana khichdi.
