Boil the potato first and peel it nicely.Chop the onion,garlic and holi in chopper.

Take any bread.Heat oil in pan.Crackle the cloves,cumin, mustard,asafiotida,and cardamom.

Now add ground nuts, and other written spices and roast well.

Now make the crumbs of breads in a bowl.Mash the potato very fine with masher.

Now all ingredients are ready.Make a oval or any other shape of potato you want.

Pit in bread crumbs and with wet hands.Add a small amount of water in bread crumbs when rolling potato rolls in it.Keep in the fridge for 10 minutes.Now deep fry the potato bread rolls in oil.

Serve hot with tea and green chutney.
