  • ઘી ૨ ચમચા
  • બટર ૨ ચમચા
  • વઘાર માટે તમાલ પત્ર
  • મીઠું સ્વાદ અનુસાર
  • હળદર ૧/૨ ચમચી
  • લાલ મરચું ૧ ચમચી
  • બિરયાની મસાલા ૧ ચમચી
  • કીચન કિંગ મસાલા ૧ ચમચી
  • gmપનીર ૧૦૦
  • ટામેટા ૨

  1. 1

    સૌપ્રથમ ચોખા ધોઈ પલાળી રાખો.પછી બધા શાક ધોઈ ને તેના મીડીયમ સાઈઝ ના ટુકડા કરી લો.એક કુકર માં ઘી મૂકી ગરમ થાય એટલે તેમાં તમાલપત્ર નાખી તેમાં ચોખા ને છુટા જ ચઢવા દો.સીટી નથી મૂકવા ની ધીમા તાપે સરસ છુટા ચોખા રંધાઈ જશે.

    એક પેનમાં ઘી મૂકી ગરમ થાય એટલે તેમાં કાંદા સાંતળી લો.અને બધા શાકભાજી તેમાં નાખી ધીમા ગેસ પર ચઢવા દો.અધકચરા શાક ચઢી જાય એટલે તેમાં મીઠું, હળદર, લાલ મરચું, બિરયાની મસાલા, કિચન કિંગ મસાલો નાખી સરખી રીતે મિક્સ કરો.તેમા ધીમે-ધીમે ચોખા ઉમેરતા જાવ અને હલાવતા જાવ.હવે તેમાં પનીર ના ટુકડા ઉમેરીને બરાબર મિક્ષ કરો.ઉપર થી બટર નાંખીને ગરમ ગરમ પીરસો.
