Steps

For pakodi- Take a big bowl add gram flour add salt as required, red chilli powder, hing and mix with water make a thick paste then add oil and mix continuously 5 mint after add soda and mix

After fry pakodi and keep aside.

Kadi- Take grams or curd.in bowl. Mix it well till smooth and add water 2 to 3 glasses.

Heat a pan and add this batter and turmeric, red chilli both salt (normal & black) and garam masala cook 5 mint add pakodi, ginger & green chilli paste and 2 to 3 teaspoon curd and coriander powder cook again 10 mint this kadi

Prepare tadka -heat 2 teaspoon oil add cumin seeds, clove, black pepper and hing.after change colour add this tadka into kadi.

Now add mango powder/lemon turn off gas

Garnish coriander leaves and serve.
