Prepare the grass jelly according to the instructions on the package. For a firmer texture, use less water. Cook as directed.

Pour the mixture into a mold or bowl and let it cool. Once set, remove and add brown sugar to taste.

Add milk and crushed ice. Serve cold for a delicious treat.
