Khaman Kadhi
Steps

Take a pot/pateli add gram flour, citric acid, sugar, salt.

Mix it an add slowing water and make flowing consistency.

Make temper. In pan add oil, mustard seeds, asafoetida, green chillies.

Pour in kadhi batter. Mix it and keep on low flame. Let it boil and get gram flour cook. Mix it continuously so while boiling it doesn't get lumps.

Add pinch Turmeric Powder. Mix it well off the gas and serve with khaman sprinkle some coriandor leaves.
