Ingredients

5 minutes
1 serving
  1. 2 slicesbread
  2. 4 clovesgarlic
  3. Tablespoonbutter/spread

Cooking Instructions

5 minutes
  1. 1

Choose your bread of choice. Frozen or fresh doesn't matter. I like the ends if available and found some nice seeded batch in the back of the freezer.

  2. 2

Pre heat your grill to a high heat

  3. 3

Pop the bread in the toaster for enough time for it to become slightly crispy and warmed through.

  4. 4

Apply your butter or spread liberally to one side of your bread

  5. 5

Remove the skin from the cloves of garlic and crush onto the bread. Spread evenly with a knife.

  6. 6

Grill your garlic bread until golden and delicious

  7. 7

Enjoy on its own or with leftovers!
