  • 1 litremilk
  • 250 gramcarrot
  • 1/2 cupchopped mixed dryfruits
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1 tbscaradom powder

    Firstly clean the carrot and grated it now

    Mix carrots and milk in a pan, bring to a boil. Cook on low flame, stirring occasionally, till milk dries up.hai

    Add sugar, Sweetened Condensed Milk, mix dryfruits and continue cooking on low flame, stirring occasionally, till it dries up.u

    Add cardamom powder and stirring occasionally, till it dries up.r

    Add the ghee and cook for another 10 minutes. Switch of the flame

    Put the halwa rose mould and set 10 minutes in freeze. Now serve
