Steps

Take a clean potato and cut in to equal round thin shapes.

Make sure the shapes should be equal and thin.

Now clean it again and put in into the water for sometime.

Take a bowl and add gram flour,rice flour and salt to it.

Mix it well and add all the spices and little bit of red food colour to it and ginger garlic paste to it.

Mix it well along with 3-4tbsp of water to make it a thick paste.

Now put the sliced potato into the mixture and quote both the sides of the potato chips nicely.

Take a frying pan and add oil to it.

Once the oil is heated and put each potato slices(nicely qouted with the besan mixture) to the heated oil and fry it both the sides for 1minute.

Serve it hot and crisp with the chutneys.
