Steps

Peel off potatoes and mash it.

Remove pulp and seeds from tomatoes with the help of spoon or knife.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, lets crackles add onion, green chilli. Saute for 2 minutes on high flame. Add ginger-garlic paste, saute for one minute on medium flame.

Add all the spices, saute on low flame for a second. Add mashed potatoes, coriander leaves,half lemon.Mix well for 2 minutes on medium flame.

Potato stuffing is ready. Keep it aside to cool down. stuff the tomatoes with the help of spoon. stuffed tomatoes is ready to fry.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, now add stuffed tomatoes into it. Close the lid and cook it for 8 minutes in low flame.

Open the lid, turn the tomatoes, sprinkle salt cover the lid and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame. Garnish with coriander leaves. Stuffed tomatoes are ready to eat in lunch or dinner. Enjoy!!!
