Red cup cakes with chocolate center

Ingredients

  1. 300 gmsvanilla cake premix
  2. 150 mlmilk
  3. 1/2 tspvanilla essence
  4. as requiredChocolate sauce
  5. 1/2 cupwhip cream
  6. 1 tspred gel colour

Cooking Instructions

    In milk add colour and mix and keep aside. Now in dowl add premix and essence and slowly add milk to it and mix well. Don't over mix the batter.

    Take cupcake moulds place liner in it add the batter, but don't fill till the top, leave some space because cupcakes will rise up.and place them all in a vessel that can fit inside your vessel in which will do baking. Place a ring in the pan and place the cupcake vessel on it and over it.After 25 mins check ur cakes or keep checking until it's baked. insert toothpick if it comes clear then it is baked or if it's sticky then bake for some more time.

    Make a cavity with cutter or backside of nozzle between the cupcake put chocolate sauce and place back the removed piece of cake removed during cavity.

    Whip the cream in a bowl until fluffy and soft peaks are formed.put it in a piping bag with star nozzle and make a swirl design on cupcakes and crumble come piece of cake and put on the top of cupcakes and dam yummy RED CUPCAKES WITH CHOCOLATE CENTER is ready
