Ingredients

4 persons

1/2 cupvegetable oil
1 cupsugar
1 tspvanilla extract
2large eggs
1/4 tspbaking powder
1/3 cupcocoa powder
1/4 tspsalt
1/2 cupflour
1 tbspred food colour

Preheat oven 180 c or 350 F.

Mix oil and sugar until well blended

Add eggs one by one and vanilla, stir until blended.

In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients sift it.

Stir dry ingredients into the oil sugar mixture.last but not the least add food colouring and mix well

Pour into grease cup cake tray

Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool completely before serving.enjoy
