Always been a fan of pineapple and was always willing to learn new ways to enjoy it... with lockdown my guilty pleasure was under threat and I decided to preserve sum

Finely chop your pineapple

Had all the ingredients (pineapple,Sugar, starch and lemon juice)to a pot then Reduce on medium heat (I used a bread maker) continuously stir if you are using a pan

One it's cooked or After roughly 20-30 minutes set aside and allow to cool.. if it had big chunks mash or pulse on a blender to get fine jam

Enjoy on a toast of bread
