Mash Boiled Potatoes, add salt, crushed green chilies-ginger, mix it well. Temper it (oil, mustard seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder)

Add vada Masala, mix it, make lemon size balls.

Make thick batter (in mixing bowl add gram flour, salt, Turmeric Powder, water mix it). Deep the vada balls in batter, coat it n put in hot oil to deep fry. Fry the vadas in golden colour.

Get ready with fried chilies, green chutney, red Chutney,

With pickle masala. Spread some pickle masala in between the cut pav. Place hot vadas in pav. Toast it on tava n serve with fried Chillies and Chutney.
