Ingredients

  1. 1 headlettuce
  2. 10-12cherry tomatoes
  3. 2eggs
  4. 5-6small potatoes
  5. A fewblack olives
  6. 1small slice of fresh tuna
  7. A fewfresh green beans
  8. Vinaigrette: olive oil, mustard, and balsamic vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the green beans and potatoes. Peel the potatoes, slice them, and set aside.

  2. 2

    Boil the eggs in water for 10 minutes to make hard-boiled eggs.

  3. 3

    Wash and sort the lettuce. Wash and cut the tomatoes.

  4. 4

    In a very hot pan, sear the fish for a few minutes on each side (depending on thickness), keeping the inside raw.

  5. 5

    In a large bowl, add the lettuce, tomatoes, potato slices, green beans, and hard-boiled eggs. Add the olives and tuna.

  6. 6

    Add the vinaigrette before serving.
