Ingredients

  • Cat fish
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Onion
  • Seasoning
  • Spices
  • 1 tbsv/oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the fish first with water, squeeze some lemon and wash it away

  2. 2

    Grind the Scotch bonnet chopped the onion

  3. 3

    In a pot put the Scotch bonnet, onion and oil to fry a little add 2cups of water put the seasonings and spices cover it to boil. Put the fish and give at least 15mins to cook.Done
