Ingredients

1 packtamarind with seeds or without seeds.approx.1 cup
1 cupwater
1 cupJaggery
1 teaspoonrock salt
Halfteaspoon black pepper powder
Halfteaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoonvinegar

Boil tamarind mixture

Add spices together

Crumble after cool down and mix well with hands

Let it strain with very fine strainer

Yummy homemade tamarind jaggery sauce is ready
