First clean the lauki. Cut the Lauki into cubes. Onion, Tomato,Mirch, Ginger & Garlic Make a paste in the mixer. Take a pan. Add some oil & also add in cumin seeds & hing. Then add paste. Mix well.Cook the paste 4 to 5 minutes very well. Add lauki & add some water.

After 10 minutes open the cooker. if your vegetable is cooked then close the gas & serve hot..
