Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 medium bowl oats
  2. 2medium sized finely chopped onions
  3. 1green capsicum finely chopped
  4. 1big sized tomato finely chopped
  5. 1 tbspfresh coriander leaves finely chopped
  6. 1green chilli finely chopped
  7. 1 cupcurd
  8. To tastesalt
  9. As neededoil for shallow fry
  10. As neededwater
  11. 1 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1 tspgrated ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly heat the pan put oats and dry roast for 4 or 5 minutes on medium flame.

  2. 2

    In a mixer jar add roasted oats and grind till fine powder.

  3. 3

    Take off in a mixing bowl add all given ingredients, as needed water, mix it well with a spoon make a smooth consistency batter cover and rest for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Heat the nonstick pan grease with some little oil then put prepared mixture a the spread it just like a pancake and shallow fry till it becomes crispy and nice brown in colour on lower flame.

  5. 5

    Now remove on a plate and turn off the flame.

  6. 6

    Enjoy with green chutney or any type of sauces.
