Pour the 🥛milk, cream 🥛, vanilla🍶and sugar 🍚 in a ziplock bag

In a larger baggie, combine the ice 🧊 and salt 🧂.

Now put the small baggie in the big one...

And throw that sucker around!!!!

Make a hole 🕳 in the bottom corner of the baggie with the ice 🧊 cream 🍨 in it, and swirl it out onto a cone!!
