Firstly heat the pan put oats and dry roast for 4 or 5 minutes on medium flame.

Take off in a mixing bowl add all given ingredients, as needed water, mix it well with a spoon make a smooth consistency batter cover and rest for 10 minutes.

Heat the nonstick pan grease with some little oil then put prepared mixture a the spread it just like a pancake and shallow fry till it becomes crispy and nice brown in colour on lower flame.

Now remove on a plate and turn off the flame.

Enjoy with green chutney or any type of sauces.
