Add besan in a bowl, then add all the spices, water and chopped onions into slices and mix it.

Add oil in a pan drop the batter into the oil and deep fry.

Then add chopped onions, add red chilli powder, curd and mix well for side dish.

Transfer it to a plate and serve.
