Soyabeans Kebabs

Soak Soyabeans well. Completely Remove the water from it.

Coarsely grind them in grinder.

Take the parat or thali. Put this mixture. Along with it add fried onions paste, red Chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, onions, jeera powder,

Now add besan, butter, coriander leaves.

Mix well.

You can give them any shape of ur choice. I made it mini kebabs and gave them shape of tikki.

Shallow fry them in frying pan. Keep flipping the sides.

Take out on tissue paper before serving.

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup of your choice.
