Ingredients

1 lbhot or Cajun sausage
1 cancorn
2 cansblack beans
1 1/2 canswater
to tasteSalt & pepper
1 tbspGround cumin
1yellow onion diced
Dashground thyme
1 tspground cinnamon
Shredded cheddar cheese to garnish
Sour cream to garnish
Sriracha to garnish
Cilantro to garnish

Steps

Dice onion, grate fresh garlic, and slice sausage into pennies.

Sauté on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes with salt, pepper, cumin, thyme, oregano, and cinnamon.

Add corn and black beans, plus 1 1/2 cans of water.

Simmer for 20 minutes and serve hot.
