4tomatoes
6 garlic cloves
1onion
1green chilli
to tasteSalt
2 tspCoriander leaves chopped
1boiled potato

Prick all tomatoes in a fork, and roast it, then at the same time roast garlic, onion and potato.

Then peel the roasted cover.

Mash all roasted and other ingredients, add salt to taste, coriander leaves chopped, chopped green chilli serve 'Pakhala bhaath'.
