Ingredients

  • 1 cupboiled rice
  • 1big sized tomato chopped
  • 1big sized, onion chopped
  • 1 inchginger pieces finely chopped
  • somefresh coriander chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • to tasteSalt according
  • 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbspcumin seeds
  • 2 tbspdesi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadai add ghee when hot add cumin seeds when cracked add chopped onion stir it

    Now add chopped tomatoes,green chilli,ginger stir it

    Add spices and boiled rice mix properly.
