1 tspblack pepper
1 pinchsalt
2eggs
1tomato (diced into small pieces)
1onion (diced into small pieces)

In a bowl beat the eggs together with the spices and whisk together.

Heat oil in a pan fry the onions and tomato until well cooked and gone down.

Put the eggs into the pan and fry them together with the tomato mixture. Fry for a while.

Serve with ugali
