A recipe we tried almost a year ago shared to us from a friend and it's a great meal quick and easy sweet and sticky with just the right amount of crispy you can have on any night

Ingredients

25 to 30 mins
4 to 6 servings
  1. 2/3 cupsbrown sugar packed
  2. 3/4 tablespoongarlic minced
  3. 3/4 teaspoonkosher salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  5. 6boneless chicken breast
  6. 12 slicesbacon

Cooking Instructions

25 to 30 mins

    In a large bowl add the Brown sugar garlic salt pepper mix until combined

  2. 2

    Coat the chicken in the brown sugar mixture

  3. 3

    Wrap each piece of chicken in 2 slices of bacon (try to wrap the bacon where the ends are under the chicken so does not unwrap while cooking)

    Place the chicken into your baking pan and coat the top of bacon with the remainder brown sugar mixture

  5. 5

    Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through and brown (careful not to let the brown sugar burn and blacken)

The brown sugar mix needed 2tbsp of water before I could cover the chicken in it, but the rest was spot on and DELICIOUS 😋thanks for the great recipe!
