Ingredients

Serves 3 servings
  • 1/2onion
  • 1 packagemushrooms
  • 2potatoes
  • 2 teaspoonsbutter (about 10 grams)
  • 1/2 cupbroth (about 100 ml)
  • 1 1/4 cupsmilk (about 300 ml)
  • 1 pinchItalian seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice the potatoes and steam until cooked.

  2. 2

    Dice the mushrooms and onion, then sauté in butter until soft and browned.

  3. 3

    Place the mushrooms, onion, and potatoes in a blender. Add the broth and milk, then blend into a creamy soup (adjust to your preferred texture).

  4. 4

    Pour the soup into a skillet and heat over low heat, stirring continuously until warm. Reduce the soup to your desired thickness (you can also add more milk to adjust).

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and mix well to finish.
