  • 8 ozFresh or canned mushrooms
  • 2 tbspchopped onions
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 2 tbspflour
  • 2 cupchicken broth
  • 1 cuplight cream,or evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsppepper
  • 1 cloveminced garlic

    -Cut mushrooms into slices

  2. 2

    -Melt butter then add the onions,Garlic and mashrooms,cook until onions are soft

  3. 3

    -Add the flour and stir.

    -Then add the broth and increase heat alil until thickened,keep stirring.
