Palak bheja fry

First of take spinach leaves, clean them, chop them n wash n drain the water.

Now heat 3 tsp oil, add cumin seeds n ginger garlic paste. Saute well. Add finely chopped onion n saute for some time. Add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 Coriander powder, salt n green chilli. Add some water n cook the masala well for some time on medium flame. When the oil starts floating add bheja n mix well. Add some water n mix well. Cook the bheja well with the masala. Add Coriander leaves.

Now heat 2 tsp oil in another vessel. Add chopped spinach leaves. Saute them. Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp Coriander powder & salt. Mix well n cook for some time adding water.

Add the prepared bheja to spinach n mix well. Add some water n cook well. The easy making dish is ready. Serve hot with chappati.
